SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Before Submitting a complaint you must ensure you have done the following:
1. I have reviewed the OLHL Complaint Policy


2. I have attempted to resolve this with my team manager (if feasible)
3. I have waited the 48 hour cooling off period. 

Once all three of the above criteria are met you can proceed to filing out the below complaint form.
